i ordered this because my son showed interest in the one at a business i go to. i like the idea because it seems like an amazing developmental toy. i read a million reviews for a dozen or more sold on amazon. i was afraid it was going top be really small, and it would end up being thrown around.... -
Great Entertainment!
My 1 1/2 year old son loves this. When he first got it he would sit on the floor and play with it for 20-30 minutes! Great buy!

...if you never have, then DON'T, because it's supposed to be poisonous. And they don't make them anymore, but they were around as late as the early 1970's, and my friends and I used to break them open to play with the little mercury drops.
Yikes! I've known mercury was poisonous, and have wondered a few times about the JAR OF IT that my mother used to have for some reason...she'd put a little on a dish and let us put dimes in it, it made the dimes real shiney.

Strawberry Hill's 10-acre corn maze offers family fun
James Cooley, president of Strawberry Hill, asked his oldest daughter, 31-year-old Brandi Cooley-Easler, earlier this year her thoughts on placing a large corn maze on fields where peach trees once grew.
A self-described farm girl who was raised on the Chesnee area farm, Easler said she initially didn't see the fun in a corn maze, but her position soon changed after a family trip to New Park, Penn. The Cooleys toured corn mazes and spoke with representatives with Maize Quest Corn Mazes about building the "Cooley Gals Farm Maze."
"I said, ‘oh my gosh, we have got to do this,' " Easler said. "We fell in love with it from the start and so many people have enjoyed it — it's been much more than we expected."
The Cooleys hired the Pennsylvania company to design the "America the Beautiful" maze based on the patriotic, John Deere theme that the Cooleys decided on. The Cooleys are patriotic — James's father, Gene, started the peach farm after serving in World War II — so deciding on the American flag and a tractor with a driver centered with the "Cooley" name in the maze was a "no-brainer.
Utterly Perplexed and Addicted | Blog Consultant, Photo-A-Day ...
I was sent three amazing 3D maze puzzles to play with and review. They are called Perplexus and they are from PlaSmart Inc. I received the Perplexus Original, Perplexus Rookie and Perplexus Epic. All I can say to these is Wow, and then shake my hands in the air in frustration because I haven’t completed even one of these yet, but I keep trying.
What exactly is a 3D maze puzzle?
The Perplexus ( @perplexusuk ) is a clear ball with a maze contained within and one silver ball bearing. It is up to you to move this ball bearing through a series of obstacles to get to the end of the maze. Each obstacle is tricky in its own way. Maybe you have to hold the Perplexus so that the ball bearing leans against one side of a track because there is no other side. You will find yourself twisting and turning, holding your breath and carefully coaxing this little silver ball along the maze....
