Survivor: South Pacific Episode 7 recap: Worst-case scenario
Damn you Jeff Probst! Always hyping up episodes of Survivor as "the best EVER" or the "biggest move EVER." Each time I blindly put my faith in your words, believing them whole-heartedly, and most often I end up slightly disappointed, shrugging my shoulders and thinking, that wasn't even close to what he said it would be! But apologies are in order after tonight's episode, as this may have finally lived up to all of the hype. Episode 7 of South Pacific had Ozzy making the biggest move in the history of Survivor.
Or maybe not.
Time will tell. But what could be worse than Ozzy's last time in the game, blindsided with an Idol in his possession? Keep reading to find out!
Liability Insurance. The ep begins with Upolu returning after a tense Tribal Council that saw Mikayla sent to Redemption Island after a fierce internal power struggle in Coach's alliance. "And then there were 6," says Coach upon returning back to camp. We are treated to a few brief scenes dealing with everybody's growing discomfort towards Brandon and his outbursts at Tribal. Edna even piped in, saying that Brandon is "making my job on Survivor easier just by being himself." Rick is worried, but Coach tells him that he can keep Brandon under control. But he does understand that things may need to be done if Brandon were to become a liability. "There comes a time when you have to put a bullet in somebody's head," he says...and I'm not quite sure that there is, although I understand what he's saying...I think. "It's kill or be killed in this game," he re-iterates.
