Great puzzle for preschooler
My 3-year-old and I really like working on this puzzle together. (She can't do it alone. I expect a 4-year-old could. The recommended 6-9 age seems too old.) I think the size of a floor puzzle gives her more of a sense of accomplishment than a standard sized puzzle. The pieces link nicely so... -
Very Winning Puzzle
All Melissa & Doug puzzles are wonderful and fun for children (and adults) to do, but this puzzle is extra special. For starters it is a giant circle-shape. Also, the theme of Children Around the World is very appealing, especially to my 6 1/2 yr old grandson who has been learning about this...

Medfield Parks and Recreation's Halloween Party Set for Oct. 26
The cool brisk air in the morning and the leaves changing into vibrant colors means fall is officially here and the Medfield Parks and Recreation Department is holding registrations for its second session of fall programs at the Pfaff Center.
The start of the second session of fall programs is happening over the coming weeks and the recreation department will be offering something for everyone, from toddlers through senior citizens. The brochure is available as a PDF on the department's website at www.town.medfield.net , or you can pick up a paper copy in the office during normal business hours.
One major highlight is the annual Halloween Party at the Pfaff Center, which will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 26. All of the ghoulish fun will be from 6 to 8 p.m., with games, crafts and pumpkin decorating for everyone that comes dressed in their costume. Cost is just $10 per family, and registration is taking place both online and at the Pfaff Center. Only those who are pre-registered are guaranteed a pumpkin to decorate.

My daughter loves Minnie Mouse and like Minnie she adores pink, everything has to be pink. So you can imagine how happy she was when she received a Minnie mouse giant puzzle to review. Happy was not the word, she squealed with delight when she saw the picture of the puzzle, it had Minnie dressed in pink holding a butterfly all the things my daughter loves.
The Minnie Mouse puzzle is made up of 24 pieces, each piece is large enough for little hands to grasp. The pieces are made up of thick cardboard that fit very easily together and are very brightly coloured, which instantly grabs the child’s attention....
