I kinda have an idea what it is but when is the release dates of each wave? Is it different toys every wave? How many waves are there? How do I know which wave is in the stores? Will they release a sold out toy from wave 1?
I think there are different toys in each wave. The release dates are usually available at the stores.

The approaches that made T-1 and T-2 stand out have been amplified, as that is what the producer, director, scriptwriter, scorewriter and editors plus CGI executors all believe their public, not the critics, want. Only you can really decide whether bigger, louder, noisier and all that is really better. It certainly is a film that in two-and-a-half long hours tries to keep you fully titillated.
Michael Bay has done his best, after the intense excesses of T-1 and T-2 to bring you more of the same (Mmegi July 17 2009 for T-2; and Mmegi, August 24 2007 for T1). It is all about the war between Autobots and Decepticons, those extraterrestrial elaborations which wage digital conflict on the screen before you, the raving audience, even without 3D. These are the placid truck, fire engines and sports cars that can transform into fighting machines to keep you supposedly entertained.
Sam Witwicky (acted again by Shia LaBeouf) is back as is his most dependable sidekick, his Chevrolet Camaro, who really is an Autobot named Bumblebee a.k.a Jetfire (still voiced by Mark Ryan). As I said before, "By the end you'll realise that Bumblebee is the best actor in this rampant flick". You've seen them before; you've seen them all. The Hasbro toys derivatives are back again. The critics have conceded that Michael Bay and his team have made better use of 3-D than most directors trying to work in the new media, but that won't help you in Botswana. If the technology were here would you really want to pay more to see this flick? Optimus Prime (still voiced by Peter Cullen) and Megatron (still voiced by Hugo Weaving) are here again. Then there is Sentinel Prime (voiced by Leonard Nimo). Sam's parents are back, Ron and Julie Witwicky (played again by Kevin Dunn and Julie White), a necessary foil to his stupidities. Megan Fox is gone, having been replaced by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley who does her best to be Sam's love interest in T-3 as she plays the scantily dressed Carly Spencer, the sexy woman he must fight for, rescue and save. Was she worth it? Maybe not, as this is a very homoerotic flick - note that all the Autobots and Decepticons are male. Maybe by T-6 the fighting females will have arrived.

Is Barricade one of the top Transformers 3 toys . Yes this police car rocks and is better than any other version that came before him. I am surprised just how well this toy turned out. His MechTech weapon is actually kind of cool. It’s a blaster that can change into a scary looking claw. Barricade can take out those pesky autobots by clawing them or shooting them from far. This toy has a lot more detail than other versions I have seen. For example, you will notice that the spoiler is actually painted white instead of just being black. One noticeable improvement is that they toy is very easy to pose. The toy itself feels and looks durable. The challenge is the second level. It’s not too hard or overly simple. It’s right in the middle. Parents may want to buy their children something in another line if they feel this is too difficult.

I have to admit out of all the Transformers 3 toys , I love the Autobot ark. First, it’s a playset. You rarely find play sets in the Transformers line of toys. The Ark in its vehicle mode is a ship. Everything looks great especially the out stretched wings. It can even make sounds. There is a button on it that if pressed will fire the guns. The guns make firing sounds and even light up. Transforming the Ark is easy enough. The instructions are pretty clear. One interesting thing I love about this toy is that it makes cool transforming sounds when you transform it. The placement of the guns can be altered to your liking. When you transform it there is even a holding cells to keep captured Decepticons in. The toy even includes Autobot Roller. The toy is well designed and fits perfectly into the spaceship’s seat. Both modes are really well thought out.
