Radica is a manufacturer of games it is affiliated with Hasbro. You are probably thinking of the 20 questions electronic game.

I don't think so. I would recommend just getting internet on your phone and going on AIM or Facebook on your phones internet. But you have to have something like a blackberry or an iphone to be able to IM. Hope i was of some help to you!
