not as bad as reviews say
We got our turtle yesterday and no, the stars don't move and the yellow stars don't show, but my five year old loved having blue stars all over her room. The amber starts would only work if you have very, very dark walls, so they are pretty useless. Finding the constellations can be done if the... -

Hi! so do you think my religion teacher is/will be fired? He is like 25, and this was his first year at my school. he teaches 7th and 8th grade. Ok, so you know those small remotes that are used to turn on the projector (the kind that is...
The teacher should be fired.
That teacher has no place in a school room.
Will be a disservice to keep that teacher working as a teacher.
Cry or not cry, the teacher must be gone.

The Whitmer Way
Twenty minutes out of every day, Whitmer football coach Joe Palka will remove the whistle from around his neck, shut off the film projector, and go for a run.
Palka says exercise around lunch time gives him the energy boost needed to make it through an inevitably stressful afternoon, but that’s not the only reason he does it. These lunchtime strolls up and down the streets near Tremainsville Road give Palka a perspective into how fortunate his players are to be able to hang out every day in the coolest house in the neighborhood.
The football building at Whitmer is a mansion in this modest area of West Toledo. Inside of it are lockers wide enough to take a nap in and an athletic training room where players can rejuvenate with cold tubs and hot packs. There are shower rooms, kept clean by a janitor, and meeting rooms, air-conditioned and with gadgets like computers, projection screens, and video cameras. Nike is the team’s official outfitter.

Pico Pocket Presentation Projectors (say that quickly three times)
People always recognize how long to wait for the sweet spot to appear in technology purchases. When a brilliant new concept appears on the horizon, most technology buyers will discuss incessantly what kind of new beginning the revolution brings, and what it means to life in general. You saw what happened with the MP3 player, the cell phone, the EeePC, all the things we take for granted now. When one of them actually makes it to the market, of course everyone notices right away how the devil is in the details – the first VCRs took forever to load up and begin to play a movie, and the picture quality was tolerable at best. Everyone complained of thin and sterile music from the first CDs and MP3 players, and how the single-line LCD displays made them impossible to use. And the first EeePC with the 2GB SSD hard drives unleashed whole series of magazine articles on how to whittle Windows XP down to fit on them, or better still, give up Windows XP in favor of Ubuntu. In the world of the pocket presentation projectors, that’s where we are right about now....
